- 2 c. sliced yellow squash, cooked and drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Add all ingredients to cooked squash, except stuffing.

2Butter a casserole dish and place a layer of stuffing on the bottom.

3Top with squash mixture.

4Repeat, ending with stuffing on top.

5Dot with margarine.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, just to brown.
