- 1 pt. sliced yellow squash
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Boil squash and onion in salted water until tender.

2Drain. Cook until thickened evaporated milk, whole milk, butter and flour.

3Stir in Cheddar cheese.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Place squash and onion in a casserole and cover with sauce.

6Pour enough dressing on top of casserole to cover and dot with butter.

7Bake 15 minutes at 350°, until browned.
