- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 to 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 lb. zucchini squash
- 6 oz. grated Longhorn cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Brown hamburger and onion; drain and cut squash in 1/4-inch slices and cook 5 minutes in small amount of water.

2Drain and reserve 1/4 cup liquid.

3Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Layer 1/2 meat, 1/2 squash and 1/2 cup cheese; combine soup and liquid. Layer meat, squash and soup and top with cheese.

5Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350° oven.
