- 1 lb. squash
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Cook squash; drain.

2Add 1/2 cup oleo.

3Mash.

4Mix sugar, egg, mayo, onion and salt.

5Pour into greased casserole dish.

6Top with cracker crumbs.

7Dot with 2 tablespoons oleo.

8Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour.
