- 3 lb. squash
- 1 to 2 onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- Kraft soft margarine
- 1 roll Town House crackers
Directions

1Boil together squash and onions and drain.

2Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

4Use about 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese cut into fairly thick slices.

5Make a layer over squash.

6Take Kraft soft margarine (must be Kraft) and put a thick layer over cheese.

7Crush a roll of Town House crackers and sprinkle on top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

9This can also be used for broccoli.
