- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in salted water for 5 minutes.

2Drain. Combine chicken soup and sour cream.

3Stir in carrots and add drained squash and onions.

4Combine stuffing mix with butter (save a small amount of stuffing mix to sprinkle on top and spread on bottom of baking dish.

5Spoon vegetable mixture on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
