- 1 lb. fresh squash
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Ritz crackers
Directions

1Slice squash and onion.

2Steam on steamer until soft.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Mix soup, egg and cheese together.

5Mix in squash and onion.

6Put in baking dish.

7Put shredded Cheddar cheese on top and crumble Ritz crackers on top of that.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
