- 3 c. yellow squash
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
Directions

1Slice and boil squash with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

2Meanwhile, melt margarine and toss stuffing.

3Mix lightly.

4Mix squash, sour cream, onion, milk and chicken soup in a separate bowl.

5Put into greased 9 x 12-inch casserole dish and layer with stuffing mix. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
