Squash Casserole

  • 3 c. yellow squash
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix

Directions

    Slice and boil squash with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

    Meanwhile, melt margarine and toss stuffing.

    Mix lightly.

    Mix squash, sour cream, onion, milk and chicken soup in a separate bowl.

    Put into greased 9 x 12-inch casserole dish and layer with stuffing mix. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
