- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1/2 c. margarine
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in water until tender or about 10 minutes.

2Drain.

3Stir in soup and sour cream.

4Add 1/2 of dressing mix and salt.

5Put in a buttered casserole dish.

6Top with remaining dressing mix.

7Melt margarine and drizzle on top. Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven.
