Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Cook squash and onion in water until tender or about 10 minutes.

    Drain.

    Stir in soup and sour cream.

    Add 1/2 of dressing mix and salt.

    Put in a buttered casserole dish.

    Top with remaining dressing mix.

    Melt margarine and drizzle on top. Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven.
