- 3 c. cooked yellow squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar chopped pimento (optional)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
Directions

1Drain cooked squash and mash.

2Add soup, sour cream, onion and pimento.

3Mix stuffing and margarine.

4Put a layer of crumb mixture in the bottom of a large 8 x 11-inch casserole.

5Pour in squash mixture.

6Top with rest of the crumb mixture.

7Bake 1 hour at 350°.
