- 2 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. herb seasoned crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Mash squash; add sour cream, soup, carrots and onion.

2Add butter to crumbs.

3Sprinkle 1/2 of crumbs in casserole.

4Spoon squash mixture over crumbs.

5Cover with remaining crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
