- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb and spice mix
Directions

1Chop squash and onion; cook until tender.

2Add salt and pepper.

3In a saucepan over low heat, mix well the sour cream, butter and soup.

4In a casserole, layer the herb and spice mix, drained squash and onion and the sauce mix.

5Continue to layer in order until all of the ingredients are used.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown.

7Serves 6.
