Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 oz. jar pimentos
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 small container sour cream

Directions

    Cook your onion and squash until tender.

    Mix soup with pimento and all ingredients together.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle your stuffing mix in the bottom of a casserole dish.

    Place all ingredients in dish and cook for 45 minutes at 350°.

    The last 5 minutes, place grated cheese and rest of stuffing on top.

    Heat until melted.
