- 2 lb. squash
- 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Add margarine and eggs.

4Mix well.

5Add 3/4 cup cracker crumbs and milk and blend well.

6Add most of the cheese, salt and pepper (to taste).

7Top with the rest of the cheese and cracker crumbs.

8Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
