Squash Casserole I

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash, cooked
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. herb cornbread stuffing mix
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix squash, salt, pepper, onions, sour cream and soup.

    Mix melted margarine with the stuffing mix.
  3. 3
    Line casserole with about 1/2 of the stuffing; add squash to top of stuffing and put remaining stuffing mix on top.
