  • 8 small squash (zucchini, crookneck or chayote)
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

    Cut unpared squash into 1/2 inch rounds.

    Saute in mixture of butter, water, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Cook, covered 6-8 minutes.
