Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Or 2% Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Canola Or Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 3 whole Large Eggs
  • 3 ounces, weight Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 4 ounces, weight Cheese Grated (I Used Monterey Jack)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Put the flour, milk, oil, salt and eggs in a blender or food processor. Blend well.

    Spray your muffin tins with Pam or brush with butter. Place your pan in the oven for 10 minutes to preheat.

    Remove from oven and pour batter into hot muffin tins, filling each 2/3 full. Sprinkle each muffin top with bacon and cheese. Return back to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot!
