- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. grated raw squash
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 tsp. lemon or coconut flavoring
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Beat in eggs one at a time.

3Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes (until set in middle).

5Crust bakes better if you bake for a few minutes before filling.
