Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. grated raw squash
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 tsp. lemon or coconut flavoring
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Beat in eggs one at a time.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes (until set in middle).

    Crust bakes better if you bake for a few minutes before filling.
