Squash Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked squash (zucchini and crookneck mixed)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. cornbread crumbs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Drain squash well before mashing.

    Measure out 3 cups.

    Saute onion in margarine until clear.

    Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
