Ingredients

  • cooked squash
  • 1 pan cornbread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in a small amount of oil or butter.

    Mash squash and mix in saute vegetables.

    Add crumbled cornbread, can of cream of chicken soup and egg.

    Bake at 350° until firm and brown, about 35 minutes.
