  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 c. cornbread, crumbled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 sharp cheese

Directions

    Saute vegetables and seasonings in oil.

    Mix with bread, eggs, sage and cheese.

    Put in casserole.

    Cook 20 minutes at 350°.

    Add another 1/2 cup cheese.
