- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. diced bell pepper
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 c. cornbread, crumbled
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/2 sharp cheese
Directions

1Saute vegetables and seasonings in oil.

2Mix with bread, eggs, sage and cheese.

3Put in casserole.

4Cook 20 minutes at 350°.

5Add another 1/2 cup cheese.
