- 2 cups Crumbled Cornbread
- 3 whole Yellow Squash
- 1/4 cups Corn Meal
- 1 cup Chopped Onion, Divided Use
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 stick Butter Or Margarine, Melted
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
Directions

1Prepare the cornbread ahead of time using your favorite recipe.

2Dice squash and then dust it in the corn meal.

3Heat some oil in skillet on medium heat.

4Add 1/2 cup of the onion and the squash.

5Cook on medium heat until brown.

6Mix cooked squash/onions, butter, cornbread, soup and the remaining onions in large bowl.

7Beat eggs and add to mixture.

8Mix thoroughly.

9If the mixture seems too dry add a little milk.

10Salt and pepper to taste.

11Pour into greased casserole dish and cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until brown.
