  • 4 c. squash
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 slices bread
  • 3 eggs, boiled
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. oleo

    brown. Saute celery, bell pepper,

    onion and parsley in 1/2 cup oleo. Cut eggs into small pieces. Wet and crumble bread. Add milk; if mixture is not real moist, add water.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    greased baking pan; sprinkle top with bread crumbs and dot
