Squash Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. crumbled corn bread
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Chop onion and saute lightly in margarine.

    Mash up squash with fork.

    Combine onion and margarine mixture with slightly beaten eggs.

    Add cream of chicken soup (undiluted) squash, corn bread, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Pour into greased casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
