Squash Dressing Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked squash, drained well and seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 small pan cornbread, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Saute celery, onion and pepper in margarine.

    Stir in cornbread, squash and milk.

    Add soup; mix well.

    Bake in casserole at 350° until browned.
