- 2 c. grated raw yellow squash
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 2 tsp. sugar or less
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 6 to 7 Tbsp. plain flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. oil for frying
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoons into oiled griddle or skillet.

2Cook on both sides until lightly browned.

3Serve at once.
