- 3 small squash (not more than 6-inches long)
- 3 eggs more or less (but 3 is good)
- 5 rounded Tbsp. flour (but not heaped too high)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Pour oil in pan; put burner on low.

2Grate squash on coarse part of grater.

3Turn stove burner up to 3 and add the dry ingredients and egg quickly and start frying.

4The longer squash sets after grated, the more liquid they get.
