- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 tube saltines, crushed
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine.

2Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 325° for about 25 minutes.
