- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 c. grated yellow squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 tsp. crushed sweet red pepper
Directions

1Combine the first 6 ingredients.

2Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

3Add remaining ingredients; stir well.

4Drop mixture by tablespoons into a hot, greased skillet.

5Cook until golden brown, turning once.

6Drain on paper towels.
