  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. cooked squash
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Drop mix by tablespoon into 1/8-inch hot oil in large skillet.

    Flatten patties to 1/4-inch thickness.

    Cook to golden brown.
