- 1 lb. yellow squash
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Boil squash until tender (about 20 minutes) in salted water. Drain.

2Combine all ingredients except crumbs and pecans. Top with crumbs (mix with 1/2 cup melted margarine) and pecans. Bake in a 400° oven for 20 minutes.
