- 4 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. salt
- 3 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Drain and rinse squash mixture.

2Add to boiling vinegar. Remove from heat and put in pint jars.
