- 2 large onions
- 2 large bell peppers
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Mix squash, onions and bell peppers; salt to taste.

2Let stand for 1 hour.

3Bring to boil sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed.
