- 8 c. sliced squash
- 2 c. sliced onion
- 2 medium, chopped bell peppers
- 2 small jars pimento
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Mix vegetables and pour 1/4 cup of salt over them; let sit for 2 hours.

2Drain and set aside.

3Bring the sugar, vinegar and seeds to a boil.

4Add vegetables and boil 5 minutes.

5Put in jars and seal.
