- 1 pt. onions, sliced thin
- 4 green bell peppers
- salt
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine the squash, onions and green peppers.

2Sprinkle with salt and cover with water.
