- 8 c. squash, thinly sliced
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Put spices in bag.

2Bring vinegar, spices, sugar and salt to a boil.

3Add all other ingredients and bring to a rolling boil. Cook about 2 minutes and turn off heat.

4Wait 1 hour and jar.
