  • 8 c. thinly sliced small squash
  • 2 c. cut up onions
  • 4 large sweet pepper slices
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. pickling spice
  • 4 tsp. mustard seed
  • 4 tsp. celery seed
