  • 2 c. squash
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Cook squash in very little water until tender.

    Drain, mash and measure out 2 cups.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

    Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
