- 1 1/2 c. fresh cooked squash
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- brown sugar substitute to equal 1/2 c.
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. skim evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Combine squash, spices and sugar. Mix well.

4Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake in 400° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
