- 1 can squash
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. regular milk
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix squash, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg together. Beat eggs with milk and add to mixture.

2Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell.

3Bake at 425° for 20 minutes, and then 375° for 45 minutes.
