  • 1 can squash
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. regular milk
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix squash, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg together. Beat eggs with milk and add to mixture.

    Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 425° for 20 minutes, and then 375° for 45 minutes.
