  • 2 c. cooked squash, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butternut flavoring or of your choice

Directions

    Put all ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour into 2 regular pie shells. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
