  • 3 c. cooked squash (unsalted), drained
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 stick margarine
  • 1/3 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon or vanilla butter flavoring
  • dash of salt
  • 2 unbaked crusts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 crusts after it has been blended in a blender.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
