  • 4 yellow large squash
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • milk
  • unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Cut squash; cook until tender.

    Drain off water.

    Mash fine. Add eggs and nutmeg.

    Add milk to thin.

    Add vanilla.

    Mix well. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
