  • 3 c. young yellow squash
  • 4 eggs, beaten well
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. or less c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
  • 2 shallow pie shells, unbaked

    Cook squash; drain well.

    Mix all ingredients with electric mixer or blender until well blended.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
