- 4 eggs, beaten well
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. or less c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
- 2 shallow pie shells, unbaked
Directions

1Cook squash; drain well.

2Mix all ingredients with electric mixer or blender until well blended.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
