- 1 egg white
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cooked squash
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 c. milk (canned)
Directions

1Beat egg white until stiff.

2Add some of sugar so white will hold shape.

3Add remaining sugar, flour and salt.

4Mix good with squash.

5Add molasses, beaten egg yolk and milk.

6Fold in egg white.

7Pour into unbaked pie shell.

8Sprinkle with cinnamon.

9Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then lower to 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.
