  • 1 qt. boiled, mashed drained squash
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Melt butter; add drained squash.

    Let cool.

    Combine sugar and beaten eggs; add cooled squash, flour, vanilla and baking powder. Put in greased pan (6 x 8-inch) and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Serve hot as a vegetable or cool as a dessert.
