  • 3 or 4 white squash, peeled, boiled and seeded
  • 1 small can cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • sugar to taste
  • flour
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Put squash in bowl and mash.

    Add cream, eggs, baking powder and sugar to taste.

    Add enough flour to make cake-like consistency.

    Flavor with cinnamon.

    Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 350° until light brown.
