- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1/4 c. Carnation milk
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Peel, cube, stew and drain squash.

2Mash well and measure to make 2 cups.

3Mix well, adding coconut last.

4Bake in 400° oven in greased pan until brown and inserted knife in middle comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
