- 6 to 8 medium squash (yellow or white)
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
- 1 stick butter
- cinnamon or apple pie spice
Directions

1Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Boil, drain and mash squash. Add eggs, flour, sugar and flavoring.

2Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Enjoy!
