  • 6 to 8 medium squash (yellow or white)
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
  • 1 stick butter
  • cinnamon or apple pie spice

Directions

    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Boil, drain and mash squash. Add eggs, flour, sugar and flavoring.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Enjoy!
