- 4 c. sweet pepper
- 4 c. onions
- 2 pods hot pepper
- 1/2 c. plain salt
- 4 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Use food chopper to chop raw vegetables.

2Sprinkle salt over vegetables and let stand overnight.

3Next morning, drain well. Combine remaining ingredients in large, heavy pot.

4Boil for 15 minutes.
